Emergency Services at Sunny Hills Veterinary Hospital

State-Of-The-Art Facility and Equipment
Our hospital is fully prepared for emergencies. We have the advanced diagnostic tools and equipment needed to quickly figure out what is wrong with your pet. Our automated blood analysis system allows us to test organ function and run blood panels, and we typically have the results in a matter of hours.

Occasionally, some patients require more complicated diagnostics, for which we have a flexible schedule with Dr. Reed to perform an ultrasound that offers a less-invasive option to surgery and can be an excellent tool for obtaining biopsies. We also have a computerized EKG system and blood pressure equipment.

Our Team
Our staff is prepared to take care of your pet in the event of an emergency. Our veterinarians and staff are well-trained in handling emergencies and knowledgeable about the types of emergencies that may come in. When it comes to caring for your pet during critical situations, you can count on their excellent care for your pet. They know all about emergency medicines and the different techniques that could save your pet’s life. If needed, they are prepared to perform emergency surgery.

Our caring staff will do everything that they can to help your pet, and they are also here to help you through this difficult time. We are prepared to talk you through the entire process, from the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options. We will let you know what we are doing, every step of the way.
